I think there at times news blackouts are good. Otherwise, I suffer from Bourbon based black outs. Thankfully hangovers don’t accompany them. 🙄

You are lucky. I get migraines if I drink the wrong wine (never drink red) cider or beer. Or any alcohol at times. So, immediate hang-over, lol.

I have been practicing proper alcohol consumption for several years. It hasn’t always made the next day better. But I understand when I have had too much of a good thing

I have pretty solid control most of the time — one or two glasses of wine. Can go weeks without drinking. Have to watch it — I can slip back into old drinking habits.

I drink a few times a week at home. I was always around heavy drinkers so I have seen a lot of drinking issues in others. I’m able to put the stuff away for long periods of time.
