After years of steady blood pressure (120 or less/ 80 or less), I suddenly and unexpectedly developed high blood pressure in early March. No changes in medication, life style, diet, or stress levels which cause elevated blood pressure.
I’ve seen a cardiologist, have some tests scheduled, and am keeping track of my blood pressure twice daily. (using a microsoft excel spreadsheet which has a blood pressure template).
