Heartfelt History Lesson
1866: Daniel Chase writes messages on Necco medicinal lozenges.
1902: medical becomes romantic. Simple expressive heart-shaped messages.
A sweet lexicography: language; trends.
2018: Necco’s heart broken. Factory shuttered.
2019: knock-off candies; fake love? (280)
Lots of love to Kat and her Twittering Tales 123.

Yup! There are a ton of those. Hallmark cornered the market; every year, I see new have a “niche day” cards appear!

Thanks, I do try for off the wall when possible. Better than running in to it. Oops, walls are touchy subjects.
