reflect in mirrored pools of memory
cold light of day awaiting
warmth of your breathing

another fascinating complimentary poem – it really feels and sounds like a conversation between two people – about light and dark as well as deeper philosophical topics – and there is a lovely “quietness” to this …. well done the two of you :)

Thanks — one of us with start with a comment that is like a line of poetry (not necessarily to start a po.em ) and then the other replies.
Thanks for the interesting comment!

hard to say …. I mean, I remember doing this type of collaboration in prose form ages ago – and honestly, I think I’ve seen similar stuff in poetry …. but does it matter if it’s new or not? As long as you enjoy it and what counts is the two voices working with each other – adds a unique perspective and dynamic :)
