I hope you keep on writing whatever comes into your head, no matter how much dreck you think it is, and continue to post it on your blog. Depression can fool you into thinking gold is only fools gold, with no way to make it shine, but eventually you’ll realise you were wrong. :) Remember to take the time to do things that make you happy, whatever that may be. Hugs. <3

Thanks. I have a collection of fool’s gold from trips to a cave with my great-uncle. He had wonderful tales about the shine — he said it was only fool’s gold if you let it be.
Thanks for the encouragement. You are so right that depression robs me of what little faith I may have in my writing.
I’ll keep doing it — I’m addicted to posting, I’m afraid. Maybe it will help me get back to my longer pieces, sit at the loom and start weaving the tapestries again.
