. . . Alone in the wilderness is the time to empty your mind.
And fill your soul….
and stretch your spirit to the wind
And allow nature take you to where you need to be
like a dandelion or milkweed parachute
Once-in-a-lifetime happening whenever possible
float, drift, catch — settle
Turning to a grain of sand lost in the warm surf
or a dust mote hovering in a canyon or riding a mountain thermal . . .
Drifting ever closer to the distant land of dreams
chimera, ephemeral, peripheral motion
like smoke searching for it’s fire . . .
. . .It’s all about being solitary and in tune with nature
